How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped from Muncie, Indiana, Monday-Friday. Your shipment may take between 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.

Can I check my order status?

Yes, you will need to login to this website using the same email you placed your order with. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used to place your order.

Can I track my package?

Yes, MasterPieces uses FedEx to deliver your packages. If you have your tracking number, simply use the FedEx tracking system.

How can I find my tracking number?

When your package ships, you will receive an email update with your FedEx tracking number. If you do not receive this email, or have deleted it by mistake, please email CustomerAffairs@masterpiecesinc.com. We will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order.
