please have your credit card with expiration date available. Credit cards only by
phone, no C.O.D.s.
Order by Mail:
You can place a mail order with a personal
check drawn on a U.S. bank only, money order, or credit card. Please write order
information on a sheet of paper. Include the title of product, item number and quantity.
If you wish to pay by Money Order or Check:

Make money orders and checks payable to MasterPieces Puzzle Company Inc.

Money orders and checks must be in U.S. Dollars.

When paying by check please allow 14 business days to clear.

There is a $20 service fee for returned checks.

Order by Fax:
You can place a fax order by credit card

where indicated. We also need a phone number where you can be reached in the event

your order anytime of the day when you order online. Web orders are accepted by
credit card only. You must provide a credit card number and expiration date with

Additional Shipping Cost
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are made via USPS; please add $5.00 to above shipping
and handling costs for each "Ship To" address. Shipment Method: Shipments are made
by USPS, Federal Express. If requesting FedEx we will require a physical address
as FedEx does not ship to PO boxes.
- Deliveries are Monday through Friday, i.e., "business days". FedEx 2 day Express
excludes weekend deliveries. Saturday delivery requires an additional $14.50 per
box.
- Orders placed on the weekends or holidays (long weekends) will not be processed
until the following business day.
Smartpost
Smartpost is a shipping method offered by FedEx but that combines FedEx (from ship point to USPS Hub) and the US Postal service (USPS Hub to mailbox)
